Yesterday we had a burst of Spring… After 3 weeks of rainy, windy days. At least farmers are happy as it didn’t rain last winter. Now it is so much that UK is flooding.
On that beautiful day yesterday I did my outside activities, running, buying pak choi and tofu at my local Thaï shop, going to the market to buy my vegetables for a summery salad… The sun makes such a big difference in people’s life. In mine, at least. Being from Nice, it is something natural, so natural that we don’t pay attention to it anymore. In London as it is more unlikely, when the sun is out, it is always a celebration. I am waiting for the party then…

And while on TV, people are testing strength of umbrellas in front of a huge fan (again in London it is not rainy only, it is windy as well) and the news show the weather forecast 3 times in 30 min program (I think that we understood that it is raining no?) I am eating my asparagus, broad beans, courgette and feta salad…
