I am going toward the South today… I am going to Nice for a week.

I can’t to wait to be on the beach a glass of rosé wine in one hand, a pan-bagnat on the other…

London is still beautiful and hot as well for one week now, that make us fancy salads only. I made one with what I had left in my fridge. The result is fresh and pretty : rocket and watercress salad, watermelon and feta cheese. A good way to start my holiday… I’ll keep you posted !
